We earn a referral fee from the contractors in our network when a successful connection is made. This fee is paid by the contractor — it is never added to your quote or charged to you in any way.

In most cases, a local roofing specialist will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your request. For emergency jobs such as active leaks, we prioritize those connections and response times are typically faster.
The contractors
Yes. All contractors in our network are required to carry general liability insurance and WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) coverage before we refer them to homeowners. We do not work with uninsured contractors.
No. You pay the contractor directly for any work performed. GTA Roofs does not handle payments, deposits, or invoicing for roofing jobs.
Since the contractors are independent businesses, any disputes regarding workmanship, timelines, or damages are handled directly between you and the contractor. We recommend getting everything in writing before work begins. We are happy to hear your feedback and take it into account when managing our contractor network.
The quotes
Yes, completely. Submitting a request on our site and receiving a quote from a contractor costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You are under no obligation to proceed with any work.
Absolutely. We encourage homeowners to gather multiple quotes before making a decision. You can submit another request or contact us directly if you'd like to be connected with an additional contractor.
The more detail the better — your name, phone number, city, and the type of roofing issue (leak, replacement, inspection, etc.) is enough to get started. If you have photos of the damage, the contractor will appreciate you sharing them during their call with you.
